Fun for the kids and adults this Halloween romp has it all from monsters, vampires and the best cemetery scenes for a Halloween movie. This comes with a very crisp and clean full screen transfer (aspect ratio of 1:33:1) , as this was a made for TV movie. Full 80s stuff, fun, laughs, scares and an all around cool Halloween movie that everyone can enjoy. This is a well written and acted production for a Halloween TV movie. ABC really did a wonderful job with this movie, it's no wonder it still holds up today.The Midnight Hour DVD makes for great family fun around Halloween.

This is great family fun and viewing for Halloween. Burton, Belafonte and the rest of the cast are super in this Halloween special. The set design, costumes and special makeup are all fantastic. ABC went all out for this supremely spooky Halloween special. This is far and away one of the best made for TV movies specifically for and on Halloween. Belefonte, Burton, DeLuise and the remaining cast are fun and definitely get into their roles. VanPatten's character is really fun too. The Midnight Hour DVD 1985 is super fun for Halloween and delivers some great family friendly scares along the way. This is a wonderful Halloween movie that is just scary enough to keep kids squinting their eyes and fun enough for all to enjoy. Sit back and take it all in with family and friends on October 31st or before! Treat yourself and the family to a great Halloween movie this and every year. After nearly 30 years The Midnight Hour still holds up well and is a classic Halloween made for TV movie for all to enjoy.
